Responsibilities

  • Provides high level support to leadership in communications, coordinates scheduling, travel plans, and project based support.
  • Manages and maintains schedules and email inboxes.  Ability to prioritize and escalate requests as needed.
  • Responsible for setting up meetings and functions.
  • Able to work independently on projects specific to the role.
  • Supports their projects by planning, tracking, multitasking and monitoring the various projects and its goals.
  • Manages travel needs and expenses 
  • Supports BD Home Base Leader with coordinating meetings for home base / career coaching / standards
  • Runs reports and prepares date through the CRM for client meetings
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: An Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent. 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written communication skills, can check for grammar and spelling errors
  • A high level of detail accuracy with the ability to prioritize and high sense of urgency. 
  • Trustworthy with information
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong working knowledge of Teams and OneNote
  • Experience with CRM, prefer Dynamics

Travel: There is limited travel expected with this position, up to 15%
