Responsibilities

 

  • General Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Calendar Management:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update executive calendars to ensure timely and organized daily activities.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:

      • Input and manage data accurately in various systems.
      • Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
      • Assist in taking meeting notes, assigning action items, and posting notes in appropriate places.
  • Office Organization:
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
  • Communication Liaison:
  • Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred, 
  • Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training

Preferred Skills:

  • A high level of detail accuracy with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
  • Adaptability/flexibility
  • Effective in all aspects of communication
  • Proactive approach to solving problems
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, OneNote and Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Travel: Travel will be minimal for this position under 5% per year.  This position is located in our Sioux Center office and is 40-45 hours per week.
