We are looking for an Administrative Specialist II who can provide high-level support to both senior leaders and key teams. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be at the center of calendars, meetings, projects, and events that help drive our business forward.
What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars and schedules – coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and make sure leaders and teams are ready with the right materials.
- Support meetings and events – take clear notes, track action items, follow up on next steps, and ensure logistics are handled.
- Prepare presentations and documents – create and edit PowerPoint decks, reports, and other materials for leadership and team use.
- Handle travel and expenses – arrange flights, hotels, conference registrations, and process expense reports.
- Assist with projects and initiatives – helping move department priorities forward and ensuring tasks are completed.
- Act as a communication partner – proof documents, monitor inboxes when needed, and keep information flowing smoothly.
- Look ahead and anticipate needs – ensure upcoming meetings, events, and projects are prepared in advance.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Communication: Professional in writing and speech; comfortable proofing, drafting, and corresponding on behalf of leaders.

Location:
This job is located onsite in our Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD offices. There may be up to 10% travel.
